Returns & refunds

All sales are final
Because research peptides are controlled-temperature, lot-specific materials that cannot be re-stocked once they leave our cold chain, all sales are final the moment a shipment is dispatched. This protects the integrity of every lot we ship and is standard practice for research-grade reference materials.
Failed independent retest
If a lot you received fails an independent third-party retest for identity or purity, we will replace the product at our cost. Contact chronopeptide@gmail.com with your lot reference card and a copy of the failed certificate of analysis (COA), and we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund of the product price.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or compromised in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package, vial, and packing slip. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.
- Photograph the package, vial, and packing slip at the moment of delivery.
- We coordinate the replacement and any carrier claim on your behalf.
- Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Incorrect items
If you receive a product that does not match your order confirmation, contact support within 24 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the item sent in error.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same asset at the network value on the date the refund is processed. Please allow several business days for the refund to settle.
