Where we ship
Currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not currently supported.
How we ship
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
- All temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated packaging.
- Each order includes a lot reference card identifying the batch and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Tracking information is emailed after fulfillment.
- Shipping days may exclude weekends and holidays.
- Discreet exterior: no branding on the outer box.

Returns
Due to the controlled-temperature, lot-specific nature of research peptides, all sales are final once a cold-chain shipment is dispatched.
If a lot you received fails an independent third-party retest for identity or purity, we will replace the product at our cost · contact chronopeptide@gmail.com with the lot reference card and a copy of the failed COA.
Damaged or missing shipments
Photograph the package, vial, and packing slip at delivery and contact support within 24 hours of delivery. We coordinate replacement and carrier claim ourselves.
